Patient Terms of Service (Telehealth & Medication-Specific)
These provisions are incorporated into Blue Pine Health’s full Terms of Service.
Nature of Services
- Blue Pine Health operates as a telehealth facilitation platform.
- Medical evaluations are conducted by independent, properly licensed healthcare providers.
- Blue Pine Health does not guarantee that any patient will receive a prescription.
Multi‑State Clinical Practice
- Providers are licensed in the patient’s home state and comply with that state’s medical practice laws.
- Prescribing follows all applicable state medical board regulations in CA, DE, UT, NY, ME, and FL.
Pharmacy Fulfillment
- If a healthcare provider determines that a prescription is clinically appropriate, the prescription is transmitted to an independent, licensed third‑party pharmacy.
- Blue Pine Health does not dispense, compound, label, store, or ship medications.
Financial Responsibility
- Fees charged by Blue Pine Health cover only telehealth services.
- Medication costs, shipping, and pharmacy services are governed by pharmacy pricing and policies.
Governing Law & Venue
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles.
- Venue for any permitted court action shall lie exclusively in Delaware.
Dispute Resolution
- Blue Pine Health does not mandate arbitration. Disputes may be resolved through courts of competent jurisdiction.
