Refund Policy

Blue Pine Health (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing transparent and fair refund practices for patients utilizing our telehealth services.
Telehealth Consultation Fees
- All fees paid to Blue Pine Health are strictly for professional telehealth services, including medical intake, provider review, and clinical consultation.
- Once a telehealth consultation has been completed and a provider has rendered a clinical decision, the consultation fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether a prescription is issued.
- If a verified technical failure on our platform prevents completion of the consultation, the patient may request a full refund.
Medication Costs
- Blue Pine Health does not dispense, ship, or manufacture medications.
- All medications are dispensed and shipped by independent, licensed third‑party partner pharmacies.
- Refunds related to medications, shipping, damaged packages, recalls, or pharmacy fulfillment issues are governed solely by the dispensing pharmacy’s refund policies.
Subscription Services (If Applicable)
- Subscriptions may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
- Once a subscription payment is processed, it applies to services rendered for that billing period and is not retroactively refundable.
Chargebacks & Disputes
- Chargebacks related to telehealth services will be handled directly by Blue Pine Health.
- Medication-related disputes will be redirected to the dispensing pharmacy.
